I have a missing item from my order

If an item is missing from your order please contact our Customer Care team stating your order number in the subject line and the missing items name and size ordered. We will get the missing piece out to you as soon as possible. 

I have received an incorrect item

If you have an incorrect item in your order please contact our Customer Care team stating your order number in the subject line. We will organise sending the correct item out to you as soon as possible. Please include the product name and size you requested in the email - this will help our customer care team so we can get the correct piece out to you quickly!

Can I amend my order once it's placed?

We work really hard to get our orders out quickly so unfortunately we cannot change the address, name or payment method on orders once placed. 

The prices on site have changed since I placed my order

Our prices on site are a response to sales, stock and customer demand. For this reason we cannot refund any price differences.
